The correct maintenance process of the packaging machine
Regular mechanical maintenance of the packaging machine can better maintain the mechanical life and stable performance. Generally, in the maintenance process, except for the operation and maintenance personnel, other personnel are prohibited from repairing the machine. The power must be turned off before operation. The following is the normal maintenance process of the packaging machine:

3. When removing the residue of the sealing film, please use a soft film board to remove the residue on the surface. Metal wiping is prohibited. Metal friction will damage the upper protection and reduce the knife sealing function.
4. Maintenance of bearing and bearing seat: During each maintenance, the outer protective bearing and bearing seat of the machine need to be lubricated to lubricate the contact gap between the bearing and the main shaft to ensure the cleanliness of the machine surface.
5. Maintenance of pearls and sprocket: During each maintenance, first remove the gearbox guard, smear the contact gap with the wheel, and reinstall the guard after maintenance.

6. Adjust the belt tightness: After carrying the device with you, the belt will be tightened. If the belt cannot continue to drive, you need to adjust the belt tightness.
7. Check whether the fixing screw of the cutter is locked, if it is loose, lock it. (Once a month)
In August and September, check the Teflon on the sealing silicone strip, and update the results in time.
9. If the Teflon on the knife has fallen off, and the film is easy to stick to the knife, re-treat the knife with Teflon or replace it with a new sealing knife.
10. Electric heating tube failure: When the electric heating tube cannot be heated, the electric heating tube must be replaced.
11. Slowly descend to maintain good lubrication: maintenance is about once a month, first remove the external oil suction lubrication and T-type lubrication, and then turn the handle lifting device up and down to adjust the lubricating oil fully, and reinstall it after maintenance.
12. Replace heat-resistant rubber or heat-resistant tape.
